Królestwo - Antracyt - released by Gusstaff

Królestwo is a trio of musicians from Poland Coming this year with an album published both as download, cd and a limited edition of a vinyl record released by Janusz Mucha's Gusstaff label.
An elegant cover design invites you to think if the contents of the album is as minimalistic and what is it actually. Ideas can bounce off spontaneously but once you open it - it's certainly a positive surprise.
Królestwo was established in 2016, musicians played in such projects as 1926, Hadal, Dule Tree, Pomelo Taxi, Baden Baden which brought all these experience together in the current line up.
The first track makes you feel nicely relished by both the harshness of the sound that brings some thoughts on math rock and hard core roots, wrapped up in a good tune which gradually shifts to some post rock climatics.
Tęga Jola, the next track is a fantastic combo of good melody and motoric rhythm section that has gentle minimalism about it.
Stefan pozmywał szklaneczki starts with great unison of bass and drums punctuated some seconds later by the guitar work that feels definitely like a nice invititation to coming explosion.
The rest of the tracks - called Antracyt as the title are great examples of improvisational spirit and potential that the band possesses brought through rocking power of post-hard core along with nuances that can surprise you.
