ZEMITER : Studiolo by Antenna Non Grata

New material from Marcin and Hubert is being put out on unclassifiable and invaluable Antenna Non Grata. It is not the first time they collaborate together and it's quite something when it comes to dynamics and the composition. Both of them operate on seemingly different levels and come from a set of different musical galaxies - Hubert is quite classically trained musician, Marcin's background is derived from experimental rock music. But since they are both open minded and set on an exploratory course, they meet together halfway, quarter way, or any other way in between.
Hubert can create dense and lush textures and rhythms which can be both subtle and opening lots of possibilities to be filled  in by Marcin.
The concise and simplistic way, on the surface, how they meet together is quite illusory as there are quite a few layers of sound put together.
The length and the form is just accurately gauged which for an experimental record is very important. The narrative that they present is both private and doesn't blast you too much with things that are out of step.
It's a sonic poetry piece that both of them conveyed beautifully and skillfully as an experienced duo which never gets into routinely set techniques and strategies.
