Adam Pacione is coming back with his new, 4cd album.

Based in Fort Worth Texas he has been pretty busy as a musician and a photographer which as you can imagine is intertwined, judging by the beautiful cover design.

His subtle, elegant, sometimes almost velvety soft version of minimal ambient music makes you dwell on it and come back to it as a means of reflective prospect towards self-inquiry.

I might be biased but certain genres and certain musical shapes just beg for using them in this way.

Adam's work is an impressionist's palette - a full spectrum of colours from demure to more vivid ones with sublayers and distinctive hues that you can instantly recognise by the second listening. It's both soothing and terrifying how a music piece can dig this hole in you.
