grüm: zeroes on the loose by Antenna Non Grata
Dynamics is quite often omitted concept in terms of experimental and improv music genre. Luckily there are some nice exceptions from this rule and this is one of them - a project of international musicians released by Antenna Non Grata.
Since the spectrum of the instruments used here as well as diversity of musical backgrounds and experience of the musicians included - it is an album full of colour, nuance and fun. Acoustic instruments, electronics, playing with vocals and voices and foremostly the interaction between the musicians which makes this album not only and improvisational happening but a fully-fledged story.
When things get broken, treated or put into a different context as well as used to create certain space - it will all happen in the right moment and right simulacrum that music creates - this album is definitely that case.
