A Significant Change by The Orphanage Committee
The Orphanage Committee is the solo project of Orphan S.C. Wallace, residing in Sint-Niklaas (Belgium).
''A significant change'' is released on vinyl by EE tapes with black and white cover and nice insert. It immediately brings up the memories of the underground releases from late 1980's up until mid90's - there is a nice feel of pinpointing this aesthetic here, on the graphic side of things.
Musically, A Significant Change is electronic music that is drawn up from the post-industrial of early 80's with a slight touch of rhythmical element that is difficult to classify. It's definitely not so much of a techno or new beat music - rather something that come into the light by some happenstance that the composer has created. It is original in its form and has a bit of ethnic and baroque music vibe as well.
