PATANSY- Arpeggiated Place by No Sides Records

 

Patrick Ball from Eugene, Oregon presents his debut with No Sides records.

A short 3'' cd that sets a high standard of ambient within a synthadelic and abstract experimental music.

Its ambient passages are slightly driven of course by improvising keyboard parts which are definitely set into a bit more than just a churned out ambient. Patansy is after all an underground project which easily can be classified as something of an exploratory trip - something that is both harmonious and doesn't lack interference and dissonance. But at the end of the day it gives you some almost surgical insight into the depths of the composition. It can be a bit visceral but kept at low point so it won't turn into anything too noisy.

Watch out this guy - he will be definitely delivering some quality stuff.
