Entrails by Tomas Järmyr
A great outing of Tomas Järmyr, a Swedish master of subtle frequencies and tonalities and use of metal objects to create soundscapes that have a multitude of hues, colours and shifts and jolts.

Born in Sweden, namely Sandviken but based in Tromso, Norway, Tomas has been releasing albums with such projects as Motorpsycho, Yodok and Zu. Come 2014, him and Eirik Havnes have released an album together with Lamour Records - ''No way black''.
His new album is a beautiful study of metal cymbals and how you can use them to create different frequencies and a fully-fledged percussive, rich soundscapes. It contains both the nuances and the dynamics that you could and you should expect from a modern experimental composition. Careful balance and beautiful, laces of sounds or on the other hand minimalistic quietness. Everything in a good measure. Highly enjoyable and beautifully crafted - you appreciate the skills of Tomas once you start listening to it again.
