Fleur de Feu "Weep" (pogo 187)

Fler de Feu is a solo project of  Dominique Van Cappellen-Waldock. With a bit of help of friends she created an ethereal mix of drones, tribal rhythms and moody soundscapes with her dreamy voice on the top of everything.

This amalgam is a specific form of magical realism, in case of Dominique also with an added value of shamanistic and esoteric quality which is pumping strong through every note and sound here.

Poetic and existential but not necessarily in a depressive way, all the tracks make a perfect sense. Also difficult to classify - is it esoteric dark folk, post rock, tribal music? Who cares?

''Weep'' provides you with something of unique beauty and fragility.

Excellent for any day or night.
