Langham Research Centre - Felix Carey, Iain Chambers, Philip Tagney and Robert Worby come together again with the new release. Their eagerness and being ready to pick up the challenge has paid off greatly. The compositions here bear the imprint of inventive spirit - all four of them use instruments that are outdated and deemed obsolete. As a source and a tool they get the most of it - presenting the details and the nuances in a form of modern electro-acoustic music. If you have in mind that these are four people interacting together - you notice right from the start how aligned their efforts are and how prepared they are to have musical intuition and use it excellently.
