LIJNENSPEL Compression DL Self release

Three hours of drone is both a challenge for the musician and a listener. Compression was made or made possible through precise work and diligence that you can hear but not instantly.
A suspension, a feeling of limbo voyage, meditative and reflecting...that is how you may feel listening to it. It's not invasive at all and can be use flexibly both as a static soundtrack for an introvertive trip or art installation.

Lijnenspel is a sound artist based in Berlin. Using home-made esoteric
synths, field recordings, code and saxophones, the music explores the
interplay between timbre, volatility and form.
Lijnenspel takes inspiration from avant-garde composers and sound
artists such as Éliane Radigue, Kevin Drumm, Pauline Oliveros,
and Tod Dockstader.
They have performed shows across Europe, in Switzerland, Germany, The
Netherlands, and Russia and they created background noise for art
installations in European galleries. Online, Lijnenspel performed their
music on Chaturbate, using livestreaming as a medium well-before any
pandemic-induced lockdowns. Lijnenspel’s “Agressiestudie 1” gathered
over half a million views as the soundtrack to a BDSM video.
