A beautiful evidence that a solo instrument  put into a solid arrangements with other instruments with ethnic background can fill in some sort of emptiness that vastness of music produced today still leaves us with.

Iztok Koren managed to create this magical album mostly without overdubs, using just a a

banjo, a three-string banjo, a guembri, electric guitar, modular synthesizer, effects

pedals, contact microphones, percussion, a steel drum and a balafon.

What we get in reward is not only music but foremostly an invitation to a bit of reflection - a simple drop of musical poetry and melancholic beauty that dwells here is sometimes too much too bear when you truly dif and dip into it. But fret not, there is a lot of reward in it.
