The Child of A Creek/ Fallen - Sonnambuli

A new, seven track album from Lorenzo Bracaloni a.k.a. The Child of A Creek/Fallen comes a bit as a surprise in the most positive way.

On the outside we have a bit of neo classical with ambient music. But since we are dealing with an established and experienced musician - all the influences and labels don't really play any major role here. Lorenzo worked out for himself not only his own formula but a highly sophisticated voice and high level quality - in many areas.

There is a high level of musicality here - it speaks for itself - you don't necessarily have to be a person dipped into the etheric world of dreamy ambient to appreciate the melancholy and lyricality of this album. It can be your own soundtrack for the times of reflective mood swings and emotional shifts. It's tonal and has quite distinctive themes that could be easily used as an illustrative factor.

The quality of the sound design and production is just blissful - it makes you appreciate the contents of the album even more. It's inviting and embracing you as a listener.

The quality of the contents itself is just impossible, It feels poetic and unique, not as something that is easily forgotten or omitted. I am not sure how it works with some of the bodies of work but it is definitely one of the albums where you feel cathartic aspect of music that goes beyond anything just relaxing and soothing.

I can only congratulate Lorenzo who is a hard working creator and facilitator of intimacy that is very rare in music these days. Thank you
