This set of two cassettes by Concept Horse is a long play of rhythm experiments that make you think of how much you can achieve not using a vast array of tools and oversaturate your musical output by way too extensive production.
Simplistic yet far from simple, textures and beats that create a poignant hypnagogic atmosphere remind me a bit of 1980's / 1990's experiments of Belgian artist Alain Neffe as well as plunderphonic approach to creating beats.
Woven with minimalistic and eerie sound textures - it's a joy to listen.
