Second album of Dawid Chrapla in terms of field recorded sounds.
His main activities revolve around post industrial ambient and rhythmic forms of electronic music influenced by modern wave of electronic music and its forms such as new beat, noise industrial, ambient etc.
As a field recordist he works with industrial sounds set in the rural landscapes.
His newest album is a continuation of that mode.
His listening process is both timid and attentive as he is extracting beautifully both industrial growls of the machinery and more organic sounds such as frogs. crickets.
There is subtlety, there is more organic micro-noise, there is lots of details here that his gear and listening action help to dissect.
It's a good example of a missing link between industrial music and field recordings, even with pretty conservative approach in music as Chrapla possesses.
An unusual album in terms of field recordings but a much needed one.
